Book Review: What’s Eating Your Child?
This book is excellent. One of my friends recommended this quite some time ago and I devoured it almost immediately. I am just getting to posting about it. (Thanks Alison!)
The author is a licensed Nutrition Specialist who created an effective method for getting children to eat new and healthy foods, known as the E.A.T. program. In reviewing this, I realized it was very close the one Early Intervention recommended to me for Nick when he was little. It worked and I think this one works as well.
Through case studies and stories, she outlines nutritional recommendations for many types of ailments, including anxiety, ADHD, reflux, and sleep disorders.
This book is easy to read and filled with great advice. I highly recommend it.
